Is the VR80 a good gun?

The VR80 is an awesome shotgun and its a ton of fun overall. The VR80 make use of the best parts of the AR 15 design. It’s the softest shooting gun of the three and it’s the most ergonomic and reliable in my experience.

What comes with the VR80?

New in the box the VR80 comes with two separate gas rings; one for heavy and one for lighter loads. The VR80 is chambered for 2 ¾” and 3” shells and has no problems pumping them out. Three different choke systems that are easily changed out using the including wrench are included with the VR80.

Can vr60 shoot slugs?

Fitted with the high A2 front sight, the VR-60 has an offset of 2.5″. In short, the line-of-sight is 2.5″ above the centerline of the bore, so at close ranges the center of your pattern will be slightly low. Not a big deal with shot, but with slugs it could be.
