What is the difference between Holosun 407k and 507K?
There is only one difference between them. On 507K, the user can switch toggle between three types of reticles – circle dot, central dot only and circle only (Holosun calls this the ‘Multi-Reticle System – MRS). On 407K, only the central dot is available.
Does the Holosun 407k fit RMR cut?
The Sig Romeo Zero has the same pattern as the RMSc but the Holosun 407k and 507k will not work with an RMSc cut. The 407k doesn’t have the holes for the 2 additional mounting post that the RMSc cut consists of. Holosun makes adapters for this optic to RMR and MOS, which eliminates those as the mounting pattern.
What does holosun 407k fit
Holosun 507K is compatible with Shield RMSc/RMS/RMSw/SMS, Sig Romeo Zero Optic, JP Jpoint Optic footprints, cuts, or mounting plates. Guns like the Hellcat, Sig P365XL, and Glock 43X MOS come from the factory ready to receive this optic.
